To take care of your lingerie or swimwear and preserve their properties, we recommend washing them by hand.

However, machine washing is possible. Your items should be protected by a washing bag. Choose the delicate mode at 30°.

Wash with similar colours, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not tumble dry.

For international delivery

Your order is carefully prepared in our workshop in France and shipped within 24 business hours. We deliver worldwide via DHL.

• Standard Courier: up to 4 business days (order placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Friday)
• Express Courier: up to 2 business days (order placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Friday)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.

Returns

Returns are simple and can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense and handled exclusively by DHL.

• Go to our return portal, enter your order number (starting with GE) and the email used when placing your order.
• Print the generated label and attach it to your parcel.
• Drop off your parcel at DHL. Return fees vary depending on your country.
