How to I create an Empreinte account?

To create an Empreinte account, you have to click on the ‘My Account’ section on the top right of your computer screen or on the menu on the left on a mobile phone.

How do I change my account details?

To change your account details, go to My Account and log in using your email address and password. Click on ‘My Details’, confirm your details and then click on ‘Save’.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the ‘My Account section’, enter your email address and click on forgotten password. You will receive an email which allows you to reset your password.

I can no longer see my order history in my customer account?

Please note that due to a change of e-commerce provider, your order history and tracking for orders placed before 15/09/2021 are no longer available in your customer account. To find out your order’s status, please send an email to contact@empreinte.eu

Can I create a wish list?

You can create your wish list by clicking on the little heart shown by the items. You can then find them again in the wish list in the ‘My Account’ section. You can alter it as you wish. Please note that items are not reserved. Some items may be sold out. You must create an Empreinte account first before you can create a wish list.

How do I unsubscribe from the Empreinte newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, please go to the ‘My Account’ section.
